3.4 Minors. If pub779 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by or being used by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
4.1 pub779 is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances. You agree to provide requested identity documents promptly when asked.

6. Deposits & Payments

7.3 pub779 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests, first-time withdrawals on a new account, or accounts flagged for compliance review.
7.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in your account wallet section at the time of the withdrawal request.
7.5 pub779 reserves the right to recover from your account balance any amounts credited in error, including payments made due to technical faults or system errors.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
8.1 pub779 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms, qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus funds, and expiry periods for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which are published in the Promotions section of your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
15.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of pub779 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact pub779's support team to attempt resolution. pub779 commits to responding to formal written complaints within 10 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, you and pub779 agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
16. Amendments to These Terms
16.1 pub779 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
16.2 Your continued use of pub779 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
